Careers

Small studio. Real accounts. Day one.

Fourteen people means nobody spends a year making decks for someone else's client. You get your own accounts early, with someone experienced sat next to you while you find your feet.

The deal

What we can honestly offer

There's no table tennis and we're not a family. What there is: work you can put your name to, a short chain of command, and a studio that goes quiet at half five.

  • Hybrid — three days in the studio, two wherever you like
  • 26 days' holiday plus bank holidays, and the week between Christmas and New Year on us
  • £1,200 a year training budget, plus the time to actually use it
  • Four-day weeks in August, full pay, since 2023
  • 6% employer pension contribution
  • Every certification we ask you to hold, paid for and studied in work time
  • Profit share paid every March. It has paid out five years running
Hiring process

Three steps, about two weeks

01

A 20-minute call

With Danni or the team lead. What you've worked on, what you want next.

02

A real task, paid

Two hours on an anonymised account, at a time that suits you. We pay £150 for it whether or not you get the job.

03

Studio visit and offer

Meet everyone, see the desk. Feedback for everyone who reaches step two, from the person who interviewed them.

Open roles

Two jobs, both live

Closing Friday 4 September 2026, though we read applications as they arrive and will interview early for the right person.

SEO Copywriter

£28,000 – £34,000
Manchester · hybridFull time1–3 years' experience

Writing the words that earn the rankings — landing pages, blog series, product copy and digital PR — for five or six clients alongside Sofia. You'll own your own briefs from the first month.

You'll need: published work you can show us, a working understanding of search intent and keyword research, and the discipline to write to a brief and a deadline. Agency or in-house, we don't mind.

Inbound Sales Advisor

£26,000 – £31,000 plus bonus
Manchester · hybridFull timeNo cold calling

First point of contact for everyone who fills in our enquiry form. You'll qualify the good ones, book them in with Danni, and politely see off the ones we can't help.

You'll need: confidence on the phone, tidy written English, and the judgement to tell a real enquiry from a time sink. Sales experience helps but is not essential — we'll teach you the rest.

Adjustments

Need something adjusted to take part — a different task format, extra time, a ground-floor room, an interview outside school hours? Say so in your application or ring Danni on 0161 442 8890. It has no bearing on the outcome.

No agencies

We don't work with recruiters, we've never filled a role through one, and we won't pay a fee for an unsolicited CV. Please don't.

Nothing fits, but you'd like to work here?

Send a speculative application. We've made two roles in the last four years for people who wrote to us first.
